There absolutely is an app for ndis and you have to have the correct line item or they reject the invoice. There is an app for ndis and one for My Plan Manager. The description also has to be correct. It’s often difficult to get invoices approved. Meanwhile, anyone with an abn can say they are a support coordinator and can claim a ridiculous hourly rate. Providers are charging above the ndis rate and are often not providing quality services. E.g. an OT can charge you 484 after you fill in an online form that they use to auto generate a report. The system is padding the pockets of the middle men while the clients are getting very little and a lot of funding is getting rejected.
Thanks for the info Cat – this isn’t an area of expertise for us, so it’s great to hear from someone with lived experience. Appreciate you writing in 🙂
