Interesting to hear about the economic fallout. How do you think that will impact future elections?
I think it’s definitely going to have an effect on the US midterms in November.
Generic Dems are polling at +5-7% against Republican’s in House races, which is more or less a lock for the house. Things are getting so dire for the GOP that people are talking about Dems having a fighting change at taking the Senate too, which is a bit nuts. There has to be some sort of response electorally, Trump is just absolutely for the economy and the party atm, imho.
